Review - Use-Case: Start dbViZ Brian Sidharta 07 Dec 2002 This is an informal review report of the Use Case Specification for Starting the dbViZ aplication, authored by Abhay Sathe. Commented sections are bulleted with a hyphen "-", with the reviewer's comments following each item. - 2.1 Basic Flow Step 5 should be removed. It is out of the scope of this use case. - 2.2 Alternative Flows Please add numbering to the flow steps to denote what step of the Basic Flow the Alternative Flow modifies. For an example, please see the Use Case Specification for Adding a Table to an ER Diagram. - 2.2.1 The required Java version... Remove the comment. It's wrong, anyways--we won't need platform specific code. - 2.2.2 DBViZ is unable to find... Change the typesetting of the comment to be standard text. It is not so much a developers' comment as a real statement. - 4. Preconditions Remove the current precondition. The application will be quite usable without a network connection, eg- SQL file importation, saved diagrams, etc. Replace it with the requirement that the application has been successfully installed.
