1. Finalize on process - Probably going to be RUP. Howard replied to my query on how distance programs use XP. He said the ones that have tried have done badly. So it seems if we want to do well, considering we're very limited with people around the world, we'll have to use RUP. I hope everyone's ready to write documentation.
   
   I tried to get to the RUP site. I repeatedly got 404 errors, but I did find a mirror on a Russian server. It's slow, but it's better than nothing.
2. Choose roles - We need to get the key RUP roles doled out:
   • Manager (Sid)
   • System Analysts (several people)
   • Software Architect (1 or 2 experienced people)
   • Configuration Management (Ross has volunteered)
   • Designer (several people)
   • Implementor (several people)
   • Tester (most people)
   • WebMasters (Brian and Sandra)
3. Assign documentation tasks - for completing Inception Phase. We have a list of artifacts we need for the completion of Inception that everyone should look at. We've done a bit of the work in HW1 and HW2, but we need formalized versions of many of the documents. The RUP site has templates for the documents that we should adapt/use.
