CS 327 - FALL 2002 PROJECT WEBSITE

Minutes for Meeting 10 (20021216)

In Attendance:

Ross, Dave, Sandra, Brian, Jianmei, Abhay, Sid

1. Current Status:

a. Documentation status:
Documentation looks good
b. Implementation status:
Code freeze effective Wednesday night

2. Preparation for Demo:

a. Installation directions:
Sid and Ross will mail out installation directions. All the website links need to be relative.

b. Finish implementing basic application:
code freeze on Wednesday night.

c. Familiarize yourselves with the documentation:
Everyone review the documentation, especially the software development plan and the software architecture document. If you have any questions, e-mail everyone so we're all on the same page.

d. Everyone install and run dbViZ:
Once dbViZ is submitted a link to the tarball on the server will be mailed out. Everyone needs to install and run dbViZ and play with it.

e. Submission of project artifacts to TA:
Ross will tarballing the code and Sandra the website for submission to the TA on Thursday night.

f. Demo agenda/discussion:
The TA needs to be able to look at Word Documents in Solaris - we need to let him know.
Discuss how we did RUP and where it has gotten us (lots of documentation and some code). Then demo the program to the TA. Everyone be ready to type for one to two minutes on what they did.
