Meeting 9 Minutes (9/Dec/02)

In Attendance:

Ross, Dave, Sandra, Brian, Jianmei, Abhay, Sonia

Project Due Date:

The project is due before the final, but all of our documents need to be in to the webmasters by this Friday.

Agenda Item 1:

All documents should be at least at version 1.1 (including diagrams) by this Friday. Incorporate the suggested changes from the reviews that have been sent out. All documents are due by Friday at midnight. The word document headers should be changed to read dbViZ.

Agenda Item 2:

Summary of the project reviews. Submit all review writeups on our project to Jianmei by Thursday. She would probably not even complain if she got them earlier.

Agenda Item 3:

Test Plan: Dave will be writing the test plan and submitting it to Sandra for a review and changes.

Agenda Item 4:

Finish document reviews and get them posted to the web site.

Agenda Item 5:

Sandra will be cleaning up the website. A review section will be added to the document page.

Agenda Item 6:

Brian will be working with Ross to implement the schema importer code. We need to have something that works according to the website criteria. Ross will be working on the GUI.

Other Issues:

• There has been some terminology confusion between load and import schema. Refer to Sid's e-mail that Jianmei forwarded for clarification.
• The reviewed use case model will be posted tomorrow.
• RUP roles will be posted to the main page - make sure you are listed under the correct role(s).

Meeting next Monday (same bad time, place, and channel)
