Meeting Preparation

Before the meeting, everyone should look over as many of the documents as they can and try to offer feedback to the authors.

At a minimum, every member should look at:

• Software Development Plan (especially the schedule it describes)
• Vision Statement
• Use Case Model

You don't have to memorize them, but try to at least skim them. Preferably, look over all the documents.

For those that don't have Microsoft Word easily available to them, you should download the Word Viewer as a temporary solution until we get easy Word to HTML conversion setup. If you do have Microsoft Word, you SHOULD NOT install this.

Agenda

1. Discuss Project Vision and Use Case list
   • Who are our users? Database Admins AND Developers that use the database.
   • What are ALL the Use Cases that could be done in the year? Which ones are likely to be completed in the year? (We need to prioritize)
2. Discuss Project Schedule
3. What's next: finish Inception and start Elaboration
