Schema Import Features
Import Schema from SQL File
You can import schema from an exported SQL file
Import Schema from Database
This feature lets you import the schema directly from a database
Diagram related Features
Create Entity-Relationship Diagram
Create ER diagrams using the schema loaded by the above schema loading features
Close Diagram
Close the diagram
Save Diagram
Save the diagram you created
Save As Diagram
Save a diagram into some other file
Load Diagram
Load diagram from a saved file
(Undoables)
Add Table
Add tables to the existing diagram by just selecting the checkbox besied the table name
Remove Table
Remove a table from the diagram by deselecting the checkbox besides the table name
Move Table
Drag the table anywhere inside the diagram and the connections will follow
Zoom In
Zoom in to concentrate on portions of the ER diagram as it can get very huge
Zoom Out
Zoom out to get a better bigger picture of the whole ER diagram
Autolayout Diagram
Set the autolayout mode, which will lay out the tables automatically in the diagrampane
Print Diagram
Print the diagram
